This item is made to order and FAS level of wood.  *A production process is about 3-4 week.*

Production: Kiln dried, Handmade, Mortise-Tenon Structure or Dovetail joints ,and three-in-one connector.

We do not use wood veneers. Nature solid wood made. Only drawer sides/backs/bottoms/slats: paulownia wood

This furniture is not full assembled. Need to assembly.

The headboard is Mortise-Tenon Structure or Dovetail joints and full assembly.

This body of furniture is not assembled. It will be divided in different part in board piece.

In three-in-one connector ,it is easy to assemble.not too much experience customer can do it yourself.

The process:headboard>side rail>footboard>middle wood slats and middle legs 

The point:only need cross screwdriver,flat blade screwdriver, and some books.some books to hold the side rail up while the connectors are screwed in.Don't screw the connectors very closely when whole frame is not finished(except slats and middle legs).After the whole frame is finished. you can screw the connectors closely.Then,put middle legs and slats.It is not hard process.

 

There are no instruction paper for you. Because it is custom made and handmade items. we will include three-in-one connector tools, glue and other materials, not include an installation tools.
